  Maybe the best lighthouse to visit on PEI. It was the only one I found that you could actually go inside. It was packed with great historic info and you could climb the steep ladder stairs all the way to the top and look around. It is also right next to an excellent chowder restaurant.

  Well kept lighthouse and the shop is by far the best lighthouse shop on the island. There is nothing made off the island, except maune the t-shirts. Full of great local art, many of whom you can visit on your way back down the road

  Wonderful lighthouse at Point Prim in Belfast on P.E.I. Great view from the top. Cost $5 CDN to go up (2018) but I think it's quite worth the cost. There are old glass maginfiers on display from the old days. If you like old glass it's very interesting. The stairs to go up are VERY steep and are (at your own risk) but are very solid. Watch your head! It's easier for kids to come back down backwards. The staff are very nice and helpful. There is a nice little gift shop as well with public washrooms.

  A great functioning lighthouse which you can climb up in. They have a great artisan gift shop and historical displays of life in the lighthouse. Go for a stroll on the shore to see purple starfish in absolute abundance and enjoy a quality meal at the local chowder restaurant which has a lovely patio with local craft drinks.

  Beautiful location. If you are coming from Nova Scotia by ferry this will be the first place you want to visit before going to Charlottetown. I think it is one of the only few lighthouses where you can go up. Fee is $5 per parson. There is a gift shop near it. Also a chowder house.
